La Filanda by Luca Guadagnino

October 10, 2018

La Filanda (The Mill), a 19th century silk weaving factory has been re-envisioned by Italian filmmaker, Luca Guadagnino. As his first interior design project Guadagnino has shown his creative mastery by working with 150 local craftsmen to realise his vision. Known for his layered, atmospheric film sets and eye for selecting locations (Villa Necchi in “I Am Love”, need we say more), it comes as no surprise that he managed to create a space that captivates around each corner and in every detail. Bravo!
