En route to the Michele de Lucchi exhibition (see previous post), we stumbled into a beautiful courtyard in Milan. The “guard office” at the entrance of the courtyard captured our attention. A curiosity cabinet filled with well-curated interesting objects and art drew us into the charming enclosure. Some apartments and offices were being utilised for temporary exhibitions, one of these exhibitions being that of artist, Elena Carozzi. Her apartment had been transformed into a makeshift gallery with her hand-painted wallpaper and complimentary artworks on display.
