The client managed over a decade to purchase all the apartments on the top floor of this Durban block. He then consolidated the floor plan and installed floor to ceiling glazing which now offers a 360-degree view of the city and harbour. Tonic were approached reconfigure some of the spaces and design all the interior spaces.
