Having designed the highly-awarded original SLOW Lounge in 2011, Tonic was asked to expand the space in 2016 to accommodate new passengers from Air France, KLM and Delta, using additional space available directly adjacent to the existing lounge.

To realise what would become the largest lounge in the SLOW group, the project was phased into two stages, namely a complete fit-out of the new 900 sqm area, and an extensive renovation of the existing space.
"By respecting the existing SLOW brand cues and simultaneously updating the scheme, we created a moody, glamorous and sophisticated new iteration of a hospitality industry icon."
