Billed as the lounge that’s made to measure, SLOW XS is designed to address the discerning traveler’s need for considered transit spaces within smaller airport environments, such as Lanseria Airport in northern Johannesburg.

Despite fairly narrow spatial constraints, a sense of atmosphere and volume was achieved by merging floor and wall surfaces with muted stone and timber tones, reducing contrast, introducing rounded detailing on furnishings and applying soft washes of light to wall paneling.
