The Course Restaurant is part of SLOW in the City in Sandton. The space became available next to their current location and so the opportunity arose to add a full-service restaurant. The design fuses the existing materials and elements from the original design, but we have crafted this with the idea of a great French Brasserie.

We aimed for a casual yet sophisticated space that works for breakfast, lunch, post-work drinks into dinner.
